![]() He is the choice of many many racers and he spends almost every weekend at the track supporting actual race teams and swear by 2wheeldynoworks. There are certain aspects of a dyno that needs to be adjusted on a daily basis, and many Dyno shops don't do this. Nels checks and adjusts his Dyno every single day. ![]() Over 2000 FZ-07's that I know of, over 2000 fz-09 and FJ-09's that I know of, and hundreds of FZ-10's from this forum. Nels has flashed more Yamaha's than any shop that I know of on earth. You would not believe the ECU code knowledge that he and hos staff have. Nels at 2wheeldynoworks is the only ECU shop that I work with on all of the Yamaha forums that I own. So, this guy knows what is safe and what isn't and can diagnose the codes to create the best tune for your bikes setup.Ĥ. This is important, becasue Flashtunes ecu is the company that Yamaha authorizes to create the basetune that ALL dyno shops use. One of the top guys for Flashtunes left and went to work for 2wheeldynoworks. 2wheeldynoworks was the very first dynoshop to take the basetune and expand it to a performance tune, the video of that tune is on here somewhere. We found a donor bike in Cali for Flashtunes, a member on this forum donated his bike.Ģ. I know this, because Nels and I helped Flashtunes ECU create the first FZ-10 Basetune that EVERY dyno shop uses nationwide. 2wheeldynoworks flashed the very first ECU flash for the FZ-10. I suspect that it just won't run well enough to self correct without applying mapping fixes first.Kwfz10 Have you read the board for our supporting vendor 2wheeldynoworks ? Please read the following.įacts. Also, in my opinion the unrestricted tune is crap (take a peek at the mapping inconsistencies) and insufficient as a starting point for Active Tune corrections without some major mapping adjustments. I had low throttle hesitation in all gears and all rpm's but it sounds pretty similar to what you're going though. My experience with Active Tune wasn't great up until the hardware was swapped out (thanks Chuck!) and settings were modified to limit some corrections. ![]() These were obtained through discovery and discussions with Graves Performance.ĭo you have an aftermarket full exhaust or decat? Is air injection still present?įeel free to PM me to discuss Active Tune. Here are the diagnostic codes that I've deactivated in order to avoid code displays and to have a working cruise control: P0030, P0050, P0476, P048D, P048E, P0606, P062F, P1400. This can be fixed but FTECU support won't get you there. I'm disappointed, and hope you can help me out. ![]() I don't get my one month old bike running like it should be. On the dash you can see the ECO light is going on and off while it's shocking. I still can not use the 6th gear, it's hesitating/shocking with the throttle steady and with using the cruisecontrol. Why is the option to disable it not available like the 2015 R1? And US harness config? I can not use/try other files. I've disabled the DTCs: P0030/P0050 (O2 removal). I'm still getting P062F, Generic Internal Control Module EEPROM Error. My settings, EU unrestricted map: top speed limiter disable: true injector cut disable: false accel retard control disable: false ais valve disable: true Is it necessary to: - remove the original right lambda sensor also? - turn of the error codes (DTC) P0030 and P0050? I'm running now with an error: P062F. Like the manual says: connect the Bosch lambda sensor to the left lambda connector. I have a '16 EU-spec MT 10 + FT ECU with Activetune and it's hesitating/shocking in 6th gear.
